apply-review-notes

I'd like you to add a skill to Wideframe called "apply-review-notes".

What it should do:
Apply a list of explicit timecoded notes to a sequence as a new version, with a per-note checklist.

Before you run anything, ask me to confirm:
- Where are the notes (pasted list, or a Frame.io export)?
- Which sequence or version do they apply to?
- Output version name and render spec?
- How should a note that is ambiguous or subjective be handled?

Then do the work:
1. Parse each note into a timecode plus one concrete timeline operation.
2. Match each note to the affected clip(s).
3. Duplicate the sequence as a new version, leaving the base untouched.
4. Apply each operation deterministically; flag any ambiguous note for the user instead of guessing.
5. Return a checklist mapping every note to the change made.

Do not grade your own work. When the output is ready, hand it to a separate verification subagent that has its own context window. Give it the output, the choices I confirmed, and the pass criteria below. It reviews the quality, writes specific feedback, and returns PASS or FAIL.

Pass criteria:
- Every objective note maps to a concrete applied edit, none silently skipped.
- The new version exists and the base version is unchanged.
- Ambiguous or subjective notes are flagged for the user, not guessed.
- The per-note checklist is returned.

If it returns FAIL, apply the feedback, redo the affected work, and verify again with a new subagent. Repeat until it returns PASS, then show me the result.

Once it works, save it as a reusable skill named "apply-review-notes" so I can run it again by saying /apply-review-notes.
